A new band on the Kenora music scene, Ruff Edges is composed of six musicians that have merged together to create a unique and dynamic sound.
With solid rock and blues influences, individually, they have various and diverse musical backgrounds.

The core of the band was created when Greg Epp got together with Steve Simpkin to give him some guitar lessons. This progressed into the two jamming together regularly. Soon, Jeff Bath added his talent with the bass guitar along with Warren Ritchie with his drum skill and experience. An accomplished guitarist and songwriter, Glen Cranston then joined the group. The newest member, Darby Spicer, rounded out the band with his rare and unique vocal ability.

Together, Ruff Edges creates an entertaining and enjoyable experience for anyone that listens to them. Their combined talent enables them to transition easily from rock classics to expressive blues to their own incredible original material.
